About Steve and me. When Steve was 13 y/o and I was 12 y/o, his family moved to our area and we were in the same grade 6 class. I, being a typical 12 y/o, fell in love with this new cute boy in our class. And, him being the typical boy, was more interested in other things, and other girls! Although he didn't feel the same way as I did, we did become best friends as teenagers. A little group of us that lived on the same street had a whistle code, and we'd all meet outside and do what young teens do. Many years and a few boyfriends and girlfriends later, Steve and I finally did become an "item"!! It was like a dream come true for the still love-struck young girl. But as the saying goes 'all good things must come to an end', our relationship ended. And I was very hurt as I lost my one true love. So again, we went our different ways and onto different lives. Although we both remained friends, we were busy with having families, etc and lost touch for over 15 years. But Fate happens in mysterious way and we have found each other once again and know this is where we should be. We are both very happy and still very much in love with each other. To make our lives even better, my children also love Steve very much and have excepted him with open arms as their new Daddy. So for my closing, I have to say True Love does exist and I am proof!!
